Grand Canyon Trip Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help make the process as smooth as possible. However, given the nature of our Grand Canyon trip—requiring advanced planning, permits, and reservations—we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Deposits and/or Full payments are partially-refundable:

• If you cancel at least 60 days before the trip start date, you will receive a partial refund of your deposit and or full payment returned, minus a $200 administrative fee to cover planning expenses.

Cancellation 60 Days or Less Before the Trip:

• Due to the planning, permits, and logistics involved, cancellations within 60 days of the trip start date are non-refundable.

Exceptions for Emergencies:

We understand that emergencies do happen. If you need to cancel due to a serious illness, family emergency, or other unavoidable circumstance, please reach out. We’ll review cases individually to see what accommodations we can make.

Trip Cancellation by the Organizer:

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the trip due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund. We will also do our best to reschedule the trip or offer alternative dates where possible.
